All Rooms:  Clean all woodwork, doorframes and switch-plates, Clean the windows on the front and patio doors, Cobweb removal: corners, rafters, and ceilings, Dust windowsills, frames & blinds, Dust and clean all wall hangings and ceiling fans, Pictures, mirrors & glass tables dusted & cleaned , All furniture dusted. (all items lifted and replaced), TV & computer screens cleaned , Vacuum all floors, stairs and especially edges and corners, Hard floors mopped , Bathrooms and kitchen floors scrubbed (bathrooms hand washed), Waste baskets emptied, cleaned, and relined , Vacuum chairs and sofa - Vacuum upholstery , Ashtrays emptied & cleaned, Pick up, straighten and organize rooms, General items are organized, chairs, pillows, etc., Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy.

Kitchen:  Top, front and accessible sides of refrigerator, dishwasher & stove cleaned , Range hood cleaned , Cabinet door exteriors cleaned , Outside of appliances cleaned , Sink cleaned & sanitized , Countertop and back-splash cleaned & sanitized (all items removed and replaced) , Furniture cleaned/polished , Wastebasket emptied, washed & re-lined , Kitchen floor scrubbed or damp mopped , Dishwasher loaded (if applicable) , Microwave cleaned inside and out

Bathrooms:   Spotlessly clean and sanitize shower, tub, sink, counter, and commode , Shower door and track cleaned , Tiles and chrome cleaned and left shining , Mirror, pictures, and vanity tops cleaned , All bathroom floors scrubbed (hand washed) , Wastebasket emptied, washed & re-lined , Cabinet door exteriors cleaned , Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy.

Bedrooms:   Beds made and linens changed (if left out on bed) , Furniture cleaned/polished , Vacuum under beds , All areas dusted-on top, on the front and underneath. (all items lifted and replaced) , Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy.

Office Buildings/Commercial Buildings:  We understand the importance of your company's image and office/Rental/Bed & Breakfast/Resort/Cabin appearance. We can provide you with our high quality service to upkeep that image.  Each job can be custom tailored to your needs and always includes the General Cleaning service, but usually includes the following without additional fees:

Cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms (gender specific and private and public sections of building), Replenishing supplies in the bathrooms, coffee/tea corridors, Vacuum all floors, stairs, furniture and closets, Polish wood furniture when needed, Clean table/chairs/stools in lounge areas, Removal of trash and reline trash cans, Clean inside and outside of all refrigerators, stove/ovens, and microwaves, Soft wipe china, polish silver, and spot clean glassware, Clean computer monitors, wash walls and corners areas where traffic is high, Clean window tracks and frames, Wash/Dry bedding and replace with fresh clean linen, Sweep outside steps, sidewalks, decks, patios and gazebos, Clean all interior glass windows and particular attention to high traffic areas.

The first time we schedule your home for regular cleaning, we will "Deep Clean" your home to get your home as clean as possible. A one time cleaning (includes Deep-Spring Cleaning) rates will be higher without a contract.  Deep Cleaning includes all applicable services included in our General Cleaning service as well as some additional serves listed below. Special attention is given to corners, edges and all those other places that dirt hides!
